Ewe is a creamery Hungarian cow's and sheep's milk.

4 ounces (100 g) soft ewe cheese, at room temperature
4 ounces (100 g) organic butter, at room temperature
1 tsp. (5 g) paprika
2 tsp. (10 g) mustard
2 tsp. (10 ml) beer
1/2 tsp. (2,5 g) ground caraway seeds
1 bunch chopped chives or 1 tsp. (5 g) chopped organic onion for garnish

egy 1. Mix all the ingredients together to make a smooth paste.
kettő 2. Decorate with chopped chives or onions.
három 3. Spread 
  • over toast or crusty bread
  • in stuff peppers
