While sampling food at a nearby grocery store, this dip contains a nice blend of cheeses.

2 cups (260 g) shredded Parrano* cheese
4 ounces (115 g) cream cheese at room temperature
1/4 cup (30 g) mayonnaise
2 small jalapeños, finely chopped
4 green onions, thinly sliced
splash of Worcestershire sauce

1. Stir together all ingredients.
2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
3. Serve with cracker or cut vegetables, example: carrots, celery, pepper, or broccoli.

* Parrano is a hard, Dutch cow milk cheese, substitute with Gouda, Parmigiano-Regginao, or Asiago cheese.
