Great way to cook some vegetables and fish at the same time.

Need:
boneless fish fillets to taste
diced organic tomatoes
sliced organic mushrooms
chopped parsley
organic lemon juice
horseradish
olive oil

1. Layer the fish and ingredients onto a piece of foil, per person.
2. Wrap and crimp each piece of foil to from 4 sealed packets.
3. Grill or bake in the oven, seam side up, for about 15-20 minutes.
4. Do not turn while cooking.
5. Serve crusty bread to mop up the juices!
