Serve the sauce over vegetables, salads, hummus, meats, or as an appetizer dip.
Makes about 1 1/2 cups (200 g)

1 cup (185 g) Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt
1/2 cup (20 g) packed cilantro or parsley
1 organic clove of garlic
juice of 1 organic lemon
juice of 1/2 organic lime

1. Combine everything in a food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Voilà, all done!
