You have to be careful on where your shrimp comes from. There are harmful ingredients in many shrimp farms worldwide. 
Pasta di gamberi e pesto (Italian)
Serves 2
Heat the oven to 375F (190C)


frozen shrimp, safe uncooked
1/2 cup (65 g) (dairy-free) basil pesto
(optional pestos in the website)
(gluten-free) cooked pasta
olive oil

uno 1. Thaw the shrimp under cold water, drain, and pat dry.
due 2. Remove any legs from the shrimp.
tre 3. Use a spoon to add 1/2 tsp. (2,5 g) of pesto under the shell on each side of each shrimp.
quattro 4. Place the shrimp in a lightly oiled oven-safe pan.
cinque 5. Bake 8-10 minutes, until they are opaque.
sei 6. Served hot with the pesto over the pasta.
