Makes 1-2 servings
Adjust the ingredients 
for as many people in the group.

1 organic avocado
1 Tbs. (dairy-free) organic yogurt
3/4 cup (95 g) cooked, chopped organic chicken
1 large organic (gluten-free) tortilla wrap
(dairy-free) shedded cheese
some lefty spinach or mixed greens
optional:
  • Mexican spices
  • cumin
  • organic lime juice
  • sliced organic tomatoes
  • cilantro
  • chopped organic onions

1. Mash the avocado.
2. Mix in the mayonnaise.
3. Arrange a layer of spinach/lettuce greens on the tortilla.
4. Spoon the chicken and avocado mixture on top.
5. Add cheese and any optional items.
6. Wrap tightly. Slice in half.
