So, you gone to a grocery warehouse, been picking apples at a YouPick, or a neighbor just happened to give you more apples than you can eat. Well, try some apple recipes. This recipe only need one apple, but why not make more pancakes?
Apfelpfannkuchen (German)
Serves 4
Preheat the oven 425F (220C)

1/4 cup (30 g) (dairy-free) organic butter
1 large organic apple, cut into thin wedges
1/2 cup (120 ml) (dairy-free) organic milk
1/2 cup (75 g) (gluten-free) flour
4 organic eggs
2-3 Tbs. ( 50-58 g) organic sugar
1 tsp. (5 ml) each: organic vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, and backing powder
optional: confectioners sugar over the top

ein 1. Melt the butter in a skillet.
zwei 2. Cook the apples in the skillet for about 4 minutes.
dried 3. In a blender, milk, flour, eggs, sugar, and baking powder.
vier 4. Add vanilla, melted butter and 1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) nutmeg.
fünf 5. Let it rest 30 minutes.
seches 6. Brush some butter on the sides of a pan.
sieben 7. In a small blow, combine sugar, cinnamon, and rest of the nutmeg.
acht 8. Sprinkle the mixture over the battle.
neun 9. Line a pan with apples slices.
zehn 10. Pour the batter mixture over the apples.
elf 11. Bake about 15 minutes.
zwölf 12. Reduce hat to 375F (190C) and bake for 10 minutes.
dreizehn 13. Sprinkle confectioners sugar over the top, or apple sauce, or organic fruits.
