  • FRESH: Cream cheese, feta, goat cheese, mozzarella > baguette, fruit, (roasted) nuts, herbs, stuff peppers, mushrooms, chicken, figs, prosciutto, berries drizzled with honey, 
  • SOFT: Brie, camembert > crackers, baguette, apples, turkey, ham, bake in puff pasty, pâté, chopped pistachios
  • SEMISOFT: Havarit, Jarlsberg > on sandwiches, salads, burgers, pizza, quiche, tarts, gratins, quesadillas, mini pizzas
  • HARD: Cheddar, Manchego, Parmiginao-Reggiano > chutney, fruit, nuts
  • BLUE: Cambozola, Gorgonzola, Roquefort, Stilton > salad dressing on salads, baked pears, steaks and burgers
  • Try different cheeses with other foods
