Add spice and "heat" to a pasta dinner.
Pasta al curry (Italian)
Serves 4

Adjust the ingredients if you want more curry, garlic, etc.

(gluten-free) cooked pasta
minced 3 organic cloves of garlic
2 Tbs. (30 ml) olive oil
2 1/2 cups (600 ml) organic vegetable broth
1 3/4 cups (a can) (400 ml) organic coconut milk
1 Tbs. (6 g) curry powder
organic mushrooms, sliced
optional: other vegetables

1. Sauté the mushrooms and optional vegetables in the oil.

2. Add the garlic for a few minutes.

3. Add the curry powder for another minute.

4. Add the coconut milk, broth, and pastas and bring to a boil, about 15 minutes.
