I always put yogurt on my baked potatoes, as a dip, spread on a sandwich...This is simple, quick, and delicious.
Makes about a cup (245 g)
1 cup (245 g) (dairy-free) yogurt
2 Tbs. (12 g) minced each: cilantro or parsley & mint
2 minced garlic cloves
1. Whisk all the ingredients.
2. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
3. It can be refrigerated for 2 days.
