Serves 8-10 
1 cup (130 g) (diary-free) mayonnaise
1/4 cup (60 ml) white vinegar
1/4 cup (30 g) organic sugar
3 large organic broccoli crowns, cut into small florets (2 pounds/900 g)
1 small organic cauliflower cut into florets
1 pound (450 g) organic turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 organic red onion, sliced
1 cup (115 g) shredded (dairy-free) cheese or chopped organic pecans.


ūnus I. Dressing: Stir together mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar.


duo II. In another bowl, toss together the broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, onions, and cheese.


trēs III. Pour over the dressing and toss.


quattuor IV. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.


quīnque V. Leftovers will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
