Quick and easy, tasty, and flavorful. You cannot go wrong with this side-dish!
Serves 4
Preheat the oven to 350F (175C)

2 pounds (910 g) organic potatoes, chopped into cubes
4 Tbs. (60 ml) olive oil
10 springs of rosemary (I was wondering what to do with my 2 rosemary plants.)
paprika

1. Boil the potatoes in water for 5 minutes.
2. Darin and set aside.
3. Pour the oil on a baking sheet.
4. Place it in the hot oven for a few minutes.
5. Toss the rosemary and potatoes on the baking sheet.
6. Roast for about 30 minutes.
7. Remove and place in a bowl. 
8. Toss with paprika.
