Use with any Asian dish for appetizers, drizzle over foods, marinate sauce, etc.
Makes just over a cup (260 ml)
1/2 cup (120 ml) soy sauce or gluten-free liquid aminos
3 Tbs. (45 ml) each: mirin (or dry sherry) , rice vinegar, and water
1 organic scallion, sliced thinly
1 tsp. (5 ml) sesame oil
1. Whisk all the ingredients.
2. Sauce can keep for 3 days in the refrigerator.
