Nasi kari (Indonesian)
Serves 4
~Use organic ingredients as much as possible.~
1 cup (130 g) each: basmati rice and frozen peas
2 cup (480 ml) vegetable broth
1 Tbs. oil oil
1 chopped onion
2 minced cloves garlic
1 inch (2,5 cm) minced ginger
1 Tbs. (6 g) curry powder or more to taste
1 tsp. (2 g) each: turmeric, cumin, and coriander
1/2 tsp. (1 g) cayenne pepper (if you want more heat)
1 cinnamon stick
garnish: chopped cilantro or parsley
