2 tsp. (10 mil) rice vinegar
black pepper to taste

2 Tbs. (30 ml) apple juice or mirin
1/2 Tbs. (7,5 ml) each: olive oil and toasted sesame oil
1. Whisk with a folk miso and apple juice.
