Turmeric is one of the highest antioxidant foods with just a little bit of the spice.
Makes 1 serving

1. Place everything in a pot and stir well.
2. Bring to simmer for a minute.
3. Pour into a mug.
Type I

1 cup (240 ml) of organic almond milk
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) turmeric
1 tsp. (5 ml) of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt

Type II
1 cup (240) hemp milk
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) turmeric
1 tsp. (5 ml) organic honey
pinch of black pepper
Sit back and enjoy!
