1/4 medium-sized frutabomba (papaya), peeled and seeded 1 cup (240 ml) milk or soy-milk 1 1/2 Tbs.(22 ml) brown sugar 1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla extract or vanilla powder pinch of salt 3-4 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Enjoy immediately.
