While Judy and Mike were visiting Tyle in Kunitachi, a suburb of Tokyo (Dec. 2010), they stayed with Yama. One night they made dinner and a salad, but no dressing. Yama made this delicious dressing, but sorry, no measuring. So "some" means any amount...
- soy sauce
- vinegar from dry plum: 梅干し /ūmĕ bōsh/
- oil
- sesame paste
