Marinato Broccoli
Broccoli (Italian "cabbage sprout")
Refrigerate 24 hours before serving
3 bunches of fresh broccoli*
1 Tsp. (15 ml) cider vinegar
1 Tsp. (15 ml) sugar
1 Tsp. (15 ml) fresh or 1 tsp. (5 ml) dry dill weed
1 Tsp. (15 ml) accent
1 tsp. (5 ml) ground pepper
1 chopped garlic glove
1 ½ cups (360 ml) olive oil
A. Cut broccoli in small flowerettes. *familiar broccoli
B. Mix remaining ingredients.
C. Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.
D. Baste from time to time.
E. Drain and serve. *Romanesco broccoli
