Great over vegetables or toss into a salad
makes about a cup (240 ml)
1/3 cup (80 ml) cut shallots
1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
3 minced garlic cloves
1 Tbs. (15 ml) rice vinegar
3 Tbs. (45 ml) sugar
1 tsp. (5 ml) cornstarch

1. Cook and stir until it thickens, about 1 minute.
2. Add 1 tsp. (5 ml) organic lemon peel.
3. 1/4 cup (60 ml) organic lemon juice
