Any type of fruit will work. This has a Latin taste by using lime juice.

I was at the Santa Rosa, CA Art-in-the-Street. Each artist served cheeses, dips, and one had cut strawberries, which gave me the idea for this desert.-Mike

Wash and leave the stems. Cut lengthwise. Add other fruits (grapes and bananas)

Dressing:
1 Tbs. lime : 2 Tbs. honey (15 ml : 30 ml)
Heat in the microwave about 10 seconds. Whisk the mixture and pour over the fruit.
For this dish, I made four batches.

Add sprigs of mint leaves and since it is Latin dessert, a spring of cilantro.
