Chip de tortilla ensalad   (Spanish)
Serves 4

1/2 cup (120 g) crumble goat cheese (in a separate bowl)
1/3 cup (80 g) roasted pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped cilantro or parsley
3 Tbs. (45 ml) organic lime juice
2 cups (480 ml) bite-size-crumbled organic Blue Corn Tortilla Chips
1 large diced avocado
1 head of chopped organic romaine lettuce
1/2 cup (120 g) sliced black olives

1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve.
