 To create two antipasto plates:

I
roasted red tomatoes
cipolline onions with Balsamic (small, dry, sweet onions)
cheery peppers stuffed with prosciutto and provolone
olive mixture

optional:
mozzarella
green bell peppers
tuna fish in olive oil

II
grilled vegetables
long-stem artichokes
green cerignola olives
Gaeta olives

optional:
prosciutto
Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
bread sticks
