Use any type of chutney you like to add an interesting flavor to the tofu, also known as bean curd. Tofu can be frozen but will have a little different taste.
Side note: Tofu first originated in China over 2000 years ago. The coagulated, pressed soy milk blocks have spread to other cuisines in East and Southeast Asia, as well as around the world today.
