Yogurt adds healthy probotics for digestion. The raw honey* is real food and keeps the natural enzymes intact. The red wine adds a bonus of antioxidant and antiaging. Any berry works well.
Serving for 6

1 1/2 cups (350 ml) cold water
1/4 cup (60 ml) dry red wine (example Merlot)
2 cups (50 ml) fresh organic berries (Remove stems.) + extra for garnish
1/4 cup (60 ml) raw honey
1/2 cup (120 ml) plain organic yogurt (almond yogurt for dairy-free)
1/4 tsp. (60 ml) ground cardamon
mint leaves for garnish (optional)

A. Pour water and wine into a container with 4 ice cubes. Set aside to chill.
B. Rinse berries, drain, pour into a blender or food processor. Blend or process until very smooth.
C. Add honey and yogurt. Pulse until well mixed.
D. Pour the berry mixture into a serving bowl.
E. Remove any ice cubes and gently whisk in the water-wine mixture to the berry mixture.
F. Stir in cardamom.
G. Place in the refrigerator until very cold before serving in individual containers (bowls, cups, etc.)
H. Garnish with a few mint leaves and 1-2 berries, for larger berries (example strawberries) garnish with half a berry.

* Local honey helps against alleges from pollen in your area.
