The traditional dish is made with steak. So I used firm tofu and it worked well.
Palomilla means "wing nut" or "moth"
Let's just stick with palomilla.
Serves 2
marinade for 30 minutes

1 package of organic firm tofu
juice of 1 organic lemon
slices of organic lemon
3 mashed cloves of garlic
1/2 cup (120 ml) diced white onions
1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbs. (15 ml) olive oil
1 tsp. (5 ml) bijol spice or saffron

uno. Rub the chopped garlic and bijo on the tofu. Place in a bowl.
dos. Add lemon juice.
tres. Cover with plastic wrap and let it marinade in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
cuatro. Slice the tofu in half, then into thinner slices.
seis. Heat the oil and fry the sliced tofu quickly on both sides. Remove from the pan.
siete. Sauté the onions.
ocho. Place the tofu slices on a serving plate, top with chopped parsley and onions.
nuevo. Garnish with wedges of lemon

Serve with rice and Julianne potatoes.
¡Disfrute
Enjoy!
