Before a light dinner, serve this crab dip as an appetizer.
Makes 1 1/3 cup (320 ml)

3/4 cup = 4 ounces (100 g) cooked crab meat.
1 finally chopped avocado*
2 Tbs. (30 ml) sliced chives
1/2 minced jalapeño 
2 chopped scallions, green parts only
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) zest and juice of organic lime (add more for taste)
2 Tbs. (30 ml) olive oil

1. Toss together. 

Serve with:
  • crackers
  • pita chips
  • sliced cucumber
  • etc.
•Save the seed. Put three toothpicks around the top. Set in a glass of water. After root and stem forms, plant in potted soil. It will grow into a houseplant, but will not produce an avocado.
