If you have extra sauce, add it to tomato salad or vegetables. 
Τζατζίkι με kοτόπουλο (Greek)
/tzatzíki me kotópoulo/
Serves 4

1/2 cup (120 ml) organic (dairy-free) yogurt
1/4 cup (30 g) organic minced cucumber
2 Tbs. (30 g) minced dill or mint or 2 tsp. (10 ml) of dry herb
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic lemon juice
1 or more grated organic garlic clove
4 Tbs. (60 ml) olive oil
1 or more tsp. (+5 g) paprika
1 tsp. (5 g) each: ground coriander or cumin; dried oregano
1/2 tsp. (2,5 g each organic brown sugar and black pepper
1 pound (455 g) organic chicken breasts
1 organic red onion, cut into wedges
2 organic tomatoes, cut into wedges

A. Τζατζίκι / Tzatziki:

ένα / EN-a/ 1. Whisk the yogurt, cucumber, dill/mint, lemon juice, and garlic with 2 Tbs. (30 ml) olive oil.



B. Kοτόπουλο / Chicken:

δύο /THEE-oh/ 2. In another bowl, mix the paprika, coriander/cumin, oregano, sugar, and pepper.


τρία /TREE-a/ 3. Pound the chicken thinly and season with the spices.


τέσσερα /TESS-air-uh/ 4. In a pan over medium heat, heat a Tbs. (15 ml) oil until shimmering.


πέντε /PEN-day/ 5. Sauté the onions about 4 minutes. Remove from the pan.


έξι /EX-ee/ 6. Sauté the chicken with another Tbs. (15 ml) of oil about 3-5 minutes (inside temperature of 165F/74C)


εφτά /EF-TA/ 7. Slice the chicken and serve with onion, tomatoes, and tzatziki sauce.
