1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
4 peeled cloves of garlic
3 Tbs. (45 ml) soy sauce (gluten-free liquid aminos)
2 Tbs. (30 ml) each: water, distilled vinegar (or balsamic vinegar), and honey
1 Tbs. (15 ml) each: sesame oil and lemongrass paste or ginger powder
some organic: lime or lemon juice
1. Purée all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2. Taste and adjust amount of ingredients.

makes about a cup (240 ml)
