Make the night before and have it for breakfast. Muesli is raw oats with dried fruits, seeds, and nuts + yogurt, milk, or fruit juice.  This recipe uses fresh, locally organic berries that we picked.

Adjust the amount of ingredients or
3/4 cups (180 g) (gluten-free) organic rolled oats
3/4 cups (180 ml) almond milk, yogurt, or fruit juice
1/3 cup (80 ml) squeezed organic orange juice
1/2 cup (120 g) grated organic apple
2 Tbs. (30 g) organic raisins
1 Tbs. (15 g) chia seeds
1/2 cup (120 g) fresh berries
2 Tbs. (30 g) organic chopped walnuts
optional: maple syrup or honey, other (dried) fruits, seeds (pumpkin or sunflower), teff...

1. Stir oats, milk/yogurt, orange juice, apples, raisins in a bowl.
2. Fold in the chia seeds.
3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Serve topped with berries and walnuts.
5. Drizzle more milk/yogurt and maple syrup to taste.
