Serves one, because I am the only one who will eat it for breakfast!

We have jars of different types of orangic and gluten-free cereals.

Into my bowl:
1. 2 types of cereal, 1/4 cup (60 ml) each
2. 1 tsp. (5 ml) each organic:
  • sunflower seeds
  • pumpkin seeds
  • wheat germ
  • flax seeds
  • chia seeds
  • teff
  • raisins 
  • powder protein

3. few chopped walnuts or almonds
4. Add organic milk (I use almond milk) to cover the mixture.
5. Add 2 different types of chopped fruits (whatever we have this week) 

With a cup of tea or glass of organic orange juice, plus a newspaper or magazine, I am set for the day or until a light lunch...Mike
