We make tuna spread for sandwiches. Here is another twist on this tasty spread.
Add as much as you like:
1 can of water-packed tuna, drained
capers
sweet and hot peppers, chopped
1 hard boiled organic egg, sliced
olives, chopped
relish
mustard
organic plain yogurt (or dairy-free almond yogurt)
1. Mix together and use in a sandwich, on toast or crackers.
Optional: Mike likes a slice of cheese on his tuna sandwich.
