I wanted a quick omelet today, but ended up with this wonderful breakfast. -Mike
Serve 1
1 organic egg
some chopped organic: zucchini, onion, garlic, red bell pepper, green chiles, and broccoli
herbs: parsley and marjoram
salsa
1 sliced and cubed cheddar cheese
1 sliced and chopped ham
1 sliced and chopped ham
dash or two of Sambal chill sauce
1. Sauté the vegetables and ham in a little butter.
2. Mix the egg in a bowl with very little water.
3. Add the herbs and cheese.
4. Mix in the vegetables.
5. Pour into a small frying pan. Cook on medium-low until the edges are done.
6. Fold one side over the other half, cook a few more minutes.
7. Put it on a plate with some sambal on top +
8. Toast and jam, café au lait, glass of organic orange juice, a piece of fruit...breakfast is ready!
