Put the following in a jar, herb container, or bowl:
2 Tbs. (30 ml) each chopped or dried:
- rosemary
- winter savory
- garlic powder
- dried parsley
- chives
+
2 tsp. (10 ml) each:
- onion powder
- oregano
- For vegetables or cooked potatoes: toss in the herbs.
- For salad dressing: add olive oil; little water; some apple cider, red wine, or balsamic vinegar to taste.
- For fish or tofu: spread over the top before cooking
