We had a mixed fruit salad with 0ur asparagus soup and croissant sandwiches. So the salad needed a dressing. Adjust the amounts to taste, pour over the fruit and toss. Ready for lunch!
Whisk together or put all the ingredients in a jar with a lid and shake well.
1/4 cup (60 ml) honey
1/8-1/4 cup (30-60 ml) olive oil
1/2 tsp. (2,5 ml) organic orange juice
Dressing is tossed into the fruit.
