Yes, Alia is cooking... yummm!!!! 

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp  (30 ml) olive oil
1/2 cup (120 ml) chopped organic onions
2 cloves of garlic
3 small to medium organic sweet potatoes & 2 organic red potatoes
1 cup (240 ml) of chopped each organic: kale and carrots
2 tsp (10 ml) of Dijon mustard 
1/2 tsp (2,5 ml) each: paprika and marjoram
1 tsp (5 ml) of ginger
2 cups (480 ml) of organic chicken broth
black pepper to taste

Directions: 
1. Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onions, carrots and garlic. Cover until soften, about 5 minutes.
3. Transfer the vegetables to a slow cooker.
4. Add the remaining vegetables to cooker.
5. In a small bowl add the spices, mustard, ginger stir until combined.
6. Add all ingredients to the cooker. 
7. Cook on low for 6 hours. 

Serve with :
Couscous
1. Take 2 cups (480 ml)  of water to 1 cup (240 ml) of couscous
2. Put in small pot together, cover and wait until all water is absorbed.
