Make about 20 minutes before using it.
1/2 pound (225 g) organic soft tofu
2 Tbs. (30 ml) organic lime juice
3 Tbs. (45 ml) olive oil
2 tsp. (10 ml) each: minced peeled ginger and rice vinegar ginger plant with flower
dash of pepper
1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients.
2. Whirl until a creamy mixture forms.
3. Place in a bowl, cover, and refrigerate until really to serve or use in a stew.
