Makes 16 cups (3,8 liters)
takes 2-4 hours to freeze
3 cups (720 ml) organic milk
3 cups (720 ml) sugar or honey
1 1/2 cups (260 ml) heavy cream
4 mashed bananas
1 tall can evaporate milk
3 organic lemons, juiced (= 3/4 cup/180 ml juice)
2 organic oranges, juiced (= 1 1/2 cups/260 ml juice)
1 1/2 cups (260 ml) undrained crushed pineapple

1. Heat milk and dissolve sugar/honey.
2. In a juicer, blend: milk, sugar/honey and the other ingredients.

AS ICE CREAM:
In an ice cream maker: freeze everything until partly firm; layer of ice with a layer of salt for 2-4 hours
