Company just dropped by. Quick! A different appetizer dip!
Ταχίνι Αβοκάντο Ρεβύθια Oρεκτικό (Greek)
/tachíni avokánto revýthia orektikó/
Serves 6

1 avocado, cut in half, pitted, peeled, and cubed
1 15-ounce (425 g) chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
3 Tbs. (45 ml) organic tahini* paste
2 tsp. (10 ml) soy sauce or gluten-free liquid aminos

1. Mash the chickpeas in a bowl with a folk. 
2. Add the avocado and mash together.
3. Stir in the tahini paste and soy/liquid aminos.
4. Serve with toasted (gluten-free) bread or (gluten-free) crackers.

If you know company is coming, add a squeeze of organic lemon if it has been in the refrigerator. 

*Tahini (Arabic: طحينة) is used in Lebanese, Armenian, Greek, Cypriot, Iranian, Israeli, Turkish, Iraqi, and North African cuisines.
