Jamaican cuisine has the spices and flavors from native people: Spanish, British, African, Indian, and Chinese who all live on the island. Mix some Southeast Asian ingredients and you have some new dishes. Jamaican salsa, therefore, is good on many types of foods or as an appetizers dip.
2 cups (400 g) chopped parsley
½ cup (100 g) each: chopped cilantro and scallions, and organic lime juice
1 serrano chile, remove the seeds, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 Tbs. (15 ml) powder or grated ginger
