A dinner in itself!
Serves 6

Use organic vegetables (vary the vegetables if you like):
1 bunch broccolini, trimmed
1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
1 yellow squash, cut into thin slices
1 zucchini, cut into thin slices
1 bunch multicolored carrots, cut into 1-inch (2,5 cm) pieces
1 bunch beets, peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cup (150 g) radish green leaves
lemon wedges 
walnut or olive oil
optional: sprinkle favorite herbs

1. Work in batches until tender
2. Steam 
  • broccolini 3-5 minutes
  • asparagus, squash, and zucchini 4-5 minutes
  • carrots 5-6 minutes
  • beets 15-20 minutes
3. Arrange vegetables on a platter.
4. Drizzle oil and squeeze with lemon, and any herbs.
5. Garnish with the radish greens.
