Peanut sauces add a great taste to meats, vegetables, and tofu. Add a little spice to surprise any guest or family.
Makes 1/2 cup (100 g)

1/2 cup (100 g) smooth organic peanut butter
1 Tbs. (15 ml) each: Sriracha* sauce and hot water
1 tsp. (5 ml) soy sauce or gluten-free liquid aminos
1 tsp. (5 ml) olive oil or toasted sesame oil
optional: 1 tsp. (5 ml) organic lime juice

1. Combine peanut butter and hot water, stir.
2. Add Sriracha, soy sauce/liquid aminos, oil, and optional lime juice, stir.

*Siriracha substitutes: tabasco, harissa, chili paste, sambal, ...Try a different spice each time for even more spicy peanut sauces.
