Also called Great Northerns or cannellini. 

1 can of white beans
1/3 cup (80 ml) olive oil
2 Tbs. (30 ml) red wine vinegar
1 tsp. (4,5 g) oregano
1 small shallot
seeds of your choice
feta cheese
1 cup (200 g) green olives
organic spinach and basil leaves

1. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, and oregano.
2. In a bowl, add the beans, seeds, chopped shallots and olives.
3. Add the spinach and basil leaves.
4. Pour the oil mixture over the salad and toss.
5. Sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
