in a 16-ounce (455 g) jar

1. Slice half organic cucumber and place in the jar.

2. Brine:
Mix
2 tsp. (10 g) sea salt
2 tsp. (10 ml) pickling spice
pinch of organic sugar
1/3 cup (80 ml) white vinegar
3/4 cup (180 ml) water

3. Pour brine overtop cucumber and insert 4 springs fresh dill into the jar.
4. Fasten lid and shake to mix.
5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
6. Remove, enjoy the crunchy bite.
7. Refrigerate any leftovers.
