Mash potatoes with applesauce
Serves 2
6 organic potatoes (Kartoffeln)
1 Tbs. (15 ml) butter (Butter)
2 Tbs. (30 ml) (dairy-free) milk (Milch)
3 sliced organic onions (Zwiebeln)
2 slices black pudding (Rückenpudding) (type of blood sausage, substitutions: any sausage or smoked bacon)
4 Tbs. (60 g) applesauce
- Cooked potatoes until done.
- Make purée by adding milk and butter and mash all ingredients.
- Fry onions on medium heat with little butter.
- Remove onion and heat up black pudding. Try it for a minute on each side.
- Serve with applesauce on the side.
