Serves 4
Preheat oven to 425F (220C)

1. Trim leaves and stem from 1 large organic cauliflower.
2. Cut though the center of the cauliflower.
3. Place on a backing sheet.
4. Drizzle with some olive oil.
5. Roast until golden, about 30 minutes.
6. Divide month plates.
7. Top with blue cheese dressing*, chopped chives and cooked turkey bacon.
