Makes 1 drink
1 cup (130 gr) organic frozen raspberries
1/2 cup (120 ml) organic almond milk
1/2 cup (120 ml) plain Greek yogurt or organic dairy-free yogurt
1 spring fresh rosemary leaves pulled and hopped
1. Blend all ingredients.
2. To make a thicker smoothie, omit the milk and use 1 cup (240 ml) organic yogurt.
Option: add a few raspberries, sliced bananas and mint leaves on top.
