Quick, easy sauce to top any dish.
makes over a cup (240 ml)
1 large organic avocado
3/4 cup (95 g) cilantro
1/2 cup (65 g) parsley
2 Tbs. (30 g) each organic: almonds and pine nuts
2 Tbs. (30 ml) each: water and olive oil
1 Tbs. (15 ml) organic lime juice
1 jalapeño, seeds removed
1 organic garlic clove
dash or two of paprika
1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender.
2. Process until smooth.
3. Add to your dish plus a dash of paprika.
