Sixty-five percent of the milk consumed worldwide is goat milk*.
Makes 4 cups (960 ml)

1 cup (240 ml) each: 
  • fresh organic berries or bananas (use one type of berry, mix berries and/or a banana)
  • goat milk
  • ice
2 Tbs. (30 ml) organic lemon juice
1 tsp. (5 ml) vanilla

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
2. Process until smooth.


*Goat milk vs. cow's milk:
  • more calcium and vitamins A & B
  • less allergenic
  • naturally homogenized
  • easier to digest
  • lactose intolerance
  • more "human body" type milk than cow's milk
Goat milk is not dairy-free.
If you have a goat, well....but most us would rather buy it at the store.
