Add to almost anything: meat, fish, vegetables, chips....
Makes about 1/4 cup (30 g)
1/2 cup (65 g) organic cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup (30 g) chopped organic roasted red peppers
Castelvetrano or any pitted green olives
2 Tbs. (30 g) organic golden raisins
2 Tbs. (3 g) chopped parsley
2 tsp. (10 ml) each: olive oil and sherry vinegar
1. Stir together everything.
